Purchasing and Payments

Wilde Journey uses a PayPal payment gateway to ensure the most secure experience when purchasing from our site. Upon purchasing from Wilde Journey you will receive an invoice confirming your payment and that your order has been received.

Wilde Journey holds no responsibility to incorrect information in regards but not limited to such details such as delivery address information and purchased items. Any additional expenses to correct the order in these cases would be at the discretion of the customer.

Fraud

Wilde Journey reserves this right to cancel any order that we may suspect to be fraud. It is extremely important to us that we take every measure to prevent any credit card fraud on our site. If a purchase through Wilde Journey is suspected of fraud we will contact you immediately to confirm certain details. If you refuse to answer these details the appropriate action will be taken.

Cancellations

Please ensure during checkout that you have the correct product, Wilde Journey does not accept any cancellations or adjustments to any orders. In the extremely rare case Wilde Journey is unable to provide an ordered item you will be contacted via email immediately.
